Project description:
Attracting investors to economic zones in order to create new production capacities and new employment. Industrial zone Bakar (Kukuljanovo) is the most developed entrepreneurial zone in the Republic of Croatia. About 170 business entities with about 4000 direct employees operate in it. The zone is fully equipped with utilities: 12 km of built roads, sanitary and fire-fighting water supply, storm and fecal sewage, industrial railway track, electric power and TT network, public lighting, gas pipeline. Also, there are a number of additional facilities in the zone: customs, goods terminal, freight forwarding, gas stations, concrete plants, warehouses, parking lots, restaurants, shopping centers, police station, ATMs, fitness center...
The project includes the construction of a road with complete infrastructure in the length of 4.360 m and the construction or preparation of a plateau with a total area of approx. 400.000 m².
Prepared documentation:
The complete project is coordinated with spatial planning documentation, i.e. urban plans, and preliminary designs have been created. At some of the five listed locations, location permits already exist, subdivisions have been made and construction permits are expected. After obtaining building permits for each of the listed micro locations, construction begins and the creation of prerequisites for the arrival of new investors.
