The goal of the project is to connect the island of Rab, as a strong tourist destination, by building an airport and further develop tourism on the island and the wider region.

Since the entire area of ​​the County is a strong tourist destination, the reconstruction, expansion of the track and construction of the administrative building will enable the use of the airport for business and tourist needs.

The project aims to increase the capacity and number of passengers of the Mali Lošinj Airport.

The purpose of the project is to further develop the airport by expanding its capacity in order to meet new safety and traffic regulations in air traffic and ensure year-round use and increase in passenger and cargo traffic.

The lack of parking spaces in the city center and the intention to revitalize the city center resulted in planning the construction of an underground garage

The high-efficiency railway line Botovo - Zagreb - Rijeka and its connection to the network of European railways serves to ensure a quality and competitive service in the shipment of cargo from the port of Rijeka.

The construction of the Zapadna Žabica complex will enable the operation of the bus station with accompanying facilities

The construction of this section of the highway will enable a more active development of tourist capacities in the Crikvenica-Vinodol area, as well as better quality and traffic connections with Senja, Rab and Dalmatia.

The Port Authority of Rijeka plans to invest approximately EUR XNUMX million in the preparation of study and project documentation with a conceptual solution for the construction of a new container terminal on the island of Krk.
