DOOR OF THE ADRIATIC

Creation of a center with public, cultural, entertainment, hotel and residential facilities as a contribution to the development of tourism in the Kvarner destination.

In the border area with the Republic of Slovenia, in the Kupa river valley, there is a huge tourist potential and a lack of accommodation and hospitality. Mountaineers and tourists are increasingly attracted by the beauty of the Kupa River.

SUNGER TOURIST SETTLEMENT

The planned tourist settlement in Sunger is a unique opportunity to present the Goran wooden house project.

The development of the tourist offer and accommodation capacities by Lake Lokvar on an area of 3,30 ha, of which the accommodation units of the camp cover an area of approx. 0,47 ha.

SPORTS PARK FUZINA

Development of Gorski Kotar, employment of the local population, increase in tourist offer throughout the year.

THE CABLE CAR ON THE UKA

The cable car will connect the coast, from the settlement of Medveja, to the area of the Učka nature park, thereby improving the quality of the tourist offer and extending the Kvarner tourist season to the whole year.

The multipurpose international shooting center Grobnik would enable work, training and the organization of shooting competitions

In order to increase the quality of accommodation facilities and nautical tourism, a hotel and new berths will be built in a specialized marina.

TORKUL TOURIST ZONE

The zone is located on the southwestern coast of the island of Krk (Šotovento), approx. 1 kilometer from the village of Pinezići, across the channel of the island of Cres.

VIDIKOVAC HOSTEL

In order to increase the tourist offer of the town of Kastav and diversify the accommodation structure, the plan is to reconstruct, upgrade and repurpose the existing building.
