The former military warehouse V1 is located in the immediate vicinity of the Delnice settlement and all central facilities, and at the same time it is located in a natural environment and borders the Japlenški vrh Park-Forest.
For the needs of accommodation and care for social categories of the population, it is possible to build homes for the elderly and other institutions that increase the offer and standard of living for that category of people.
The purpose can also be determined for the construction of buildings for gathering and residence for younger groups of people and other categories that complete the offer in the sphere of education or health activities: school in nature, student exchange, scientific research park, resorts, etc.
Part of the zone is intended for the construction of a hotel, which can be adapted according to its function to the content of the social purpose that is in the contact zone.
The construction of homes and other institutions of social and social purpose is foreseen (homes, resorts, sports and recreational facilities and auxiliary buildings in function of the purpose of the basic building, spa or other health institution, etc.).

By repurposing and reconstructing former military buildings and building new facilities, it will represent the first natural healing center (Traditional Chinese Medicine Center) in the mountainous regions of Croatia and, along with the existing natural heritage, will contribute to the tourism and rural development of Gorski Kotar. Skrad has an extremely favorable natural position because it is spread out on the slopes of Skradski vrh, surrounded by conifer and white pine forests and elevated above the canyon in which are the Zeleni vir and Vražji prolaz, natural rarities of exceptional qualities and beauty.
The project includes:
