In the territory of the municipality of Omišalj, there are economic and infrastructure facilities of importance for the Republic of Croatia, and some of them are also of international importance (oil transportation). The Pušća service area of 16,4 ha is located in the Omišalj Municipality. The location of the zone is attractive due to traffic accessibility, location along the state road D102, proximity to the bridge and the mainland. Due to this position and the possibility of organizing larger functional areas of commercial, wholesale, service and tourist content, it exceeds the municipal importance. The zone is fully equipped with utilities.
