The 11,7-hectare site of the Mišnjak Work Zone is located on the southeastern part of the island of Rab along the D105 road and 1,5 kilometers from the Mišnjak ferry port and near the location of the future airport, the site for the construction waste dump and the future solar power plant. The zone is connected by an access road in the length of approx. 250 ms by a branch to the state road D 105, and includes a network of roads within the zone with built infrastructure. The zone includes 14 building plots with connections to the complete infrastructure. Plots in the zone can be used through a favorable long-term lease or in exceptional cases through the purchase of building plots within the zone.
