The business zone K3 Jušići covers a total area of 6,38 ha, and is located on the northwestern edge of the border of the wider area of the Matulji settlement, on both sides of the county road Jušići - Rukavac, in the immediate vicinity of the business zones R-1 and R-2, from which it is divided main railway line Rijeka - Šapjane - Ilirska Bistrica. The entrance to the zone is 3 km from the Rupa - Rijeka highway, the Jurdani junction, 14 km from the Port of Rijeka and 42 km from Rijeka Airport. The primary purposes of the Jušići Entrepreneurial Zone are service activities, smaller production facilities, trade activities and utility service purposes.
