The business zone K1 Zapad, with an area of 20,5 ha, is located in the western area of the City of Novi Vinodolski along the county road Novi Vinodolski - Bribir (ŽC-5064), which runs along the entire northeastern side of the zone and connects with the state road D8, i.e. the Adriatic highway. The entrance to the zone is 1800 m from the Jadranska magistrala (D8), as well as from the sea, i.e. the port open for public traffic Novi Vinodolski. The area covered by the zone is located in the construction area for separate purposes, namely economic purposes (business) intended for business activities that include smaller production, storage, service, trade or utility-service facilities.
