The area includes the economic zone for business purposes K-1 Vrbovsko is located in the suburbs of the city of Vrbovsko, on a mostly undeveloped area between the city itself and the Zagreb - Rijeka highway. As Vrbovsko is located halfway between those two cities, a significant feature of the zone is its direct connection with these centers. On the areas of business use, contents with business purposes are located - mainly commercial, mainly service, communal and service, contents of smaller production activities - crafts, as necessary and accompanying storage areas. In addition to the basic activity, it is possible to place administrative, office and catering buildings, traffic buildings - gas stations and other activities that complete the basic purpose on the areas of business use.
