The working zone Marinići K-1 is located in the southern part of the Municipality of Viškovo, and in the northern part of the settlement Marinići, in the immediate vicinity of the road Rijeka - Viškovo. The area of the working zone is 27,84 ha. The western part of the zone is mostly built up, while the eastern part of the zone is partly built up. The purpose of the zone is production and business, which means that the following buildings for production and business purposes can be built: craft and craft production buildings for small-scale activities without negative impact on the environment, service workshops, warehouses as part of a specific production purpose, commercial and catering buildings as accompanying zone contents, business, administrative and office buildings, trade buildings: wholesale, distribution center, retail stores, showrooms and shopping complexes, shopping center, warehouses, services, communal service and service facilities, contents of compatible purpose on the same building site particles or as separate activities, catering buildings as a supporting purpose in addition to business facilities without accommodation capacity.
