The business zone Bodulovo is located in the western part of Rijeka. It is located in a basin, on both sides of the Škurinjski stream. On 11 construction plots with a total area of 14.502 m², the construction of commercial buildings is planned. Ten plots within the zone are intended for sale to entrepreneurs. The size of the parcels is from 1.000 to 3.150 m², and the maximum gross developed area of the buildings on these parcels is from 715 to 4.000 m². The largest construction plot with a floor plan area of 8.558 m² is planned for the second phase of the project, the construction of the Rijeka development center with a production incubator. In June 2004, a detailed plan for the development of the commercial and service area was adopted for the area of the zone - Bodulovo work zone.
