Zone K4 Kunfin includes a construction area of 10,3 ha for economic and business purposes in the municipality of Klana. The business zone "Kunfin" is located in the southern part of the Municipality of Klana along the border with the Municipality of Viškovo.
The most significant spatial development feature of the Kunfin business zone is its location right next to the county road ŽC 5017, which is directly connected to the area of Viškovo (about 8 km away) and Rijeka (about 15 km away) and next to the planned county road - the Klana settlement bypass.
