The Vrata business zone is located in the Municipality of Fužine in an extremely convenient location. The zone is 500 meters from the county road, and only 1000 meters from the Rijeka-Zagreb highway. Due to the proximity of the highway, the zone is particularly interesting for storage facilities. It is equipped with communal infrastructure facilities. Two businessmen are currently operating in the zone. Within the zone, it is possible to build buildings for economic activities that include smaller production facilities - crafts in the widest spectrum, as well as storage, service, trade or communal service facilities and programs. What is new is the possibility of building buildings for the use of solar energy.
