The business zone K1/1 Sleme, with an area of 10,29 ha of commercial use, is located in the Lokve settlement. The zone has a favorable geotraffic position because it is located right next to the county road Rijeka-Zagreb. The geotraffic position is favorable since it is located right next to the existing county road Ž5029, which will become the remaining state road Rijeka-Zagreb and has an asphalted roadway 7 m wide. Indirect access to the business zone K1/1 is also possible from the Rijeka-Zagreb-Goričan highway, via the junction "Lucice" near Delnice and the junction "Vrata".
