Business zone K1-3 Lič, with an area of 30,14 ha, consists of three zones determined by the Urban development plan. The part of the zone where the halls were built, which were built for the needs of the farm, is owned off-book by the Municipality of Fužine. The zone is equipped with communal infrastructure - electricity and water. Near the farm, at a distance of about 2 km, there is the Fužine railway station on the Rijeka-Zagreb line, and the Vrata junction of the Rijeka-Zagreb highway is 2 km away from the zone.
