The Baška business zone is located along the northern edge of the Baška settlement. State road D-102 (Šmrika (D-8) – Krk – Baška) passes through the central part of the area, which is the only one in the area designated as a built-up part of the construction area by the PPUO. Business zone (K) Baška with an area of 6 ha is intended for business facilities (construction, services, gas station, public parking lot, etc.) necessary for the functioning of the main economic activities of the Municipality.
