The production zone I2-7 Javornik is located on the edge of the Delnice settlement at the intersection of two state roads DC 3 and DC 32, only a kilometer away from the junction on the Goričan - Zagreb - Rijeka highway and the main railway line Rijeka - Delnice - Karlovac - Zagreb. The space is equipped with water, electricity and telephone connection infrastructure. There are abandoned buildings of the former military warehouse V2. The buildings have been devastated, and the goal, through their reconstruction, extension and revitalization of the terrain, is to bring the space to its intended purpose and attract investors engaged in the production and processing of any industrial branch, as well as craftsmen and entrepreneurs of production and service activities to open their plants and business premises. Currently, not a single business entity operates in the zone. the land is owned by the Republic of Croatia and it is to be expected that as part of encouraging the development of entrepreneurial zones, the conditions for resolving ownership relations with the state will be enabled.
