The project includes the construction of communal infrastructure and the construction of production and business facilities on an area of 2,1 ha. The land on which the zone will be developed is completely flat, which is also a great advantage for the possibility of expansion, and it is located right next to the Bribir - Grižane road. All buildings can be multi-storey, which increases the possibility of business areas. In addition to the location of the business zone, there is a power line, water and developed road infrastructure in the direction of both settlements - Grižan and Bribir, as well as the town of Crikvenica.
