Project description:
The project is being carried out to improve the social and health care of the elderly. The beneficiaries of the project will be native residents, but also the rest of the population and tourists interested in services (inpatient, day care, care and home care). The facility is located in a very attractive location near the sea, the city center and near the Health Center and other health institutions.
The construction of a home building is planned, the area of which will be 1.045,6 m², and it consists of a ground floor and two floors. Works are in progress.
