A new catering and tourist zone in the area of ​​Blat, an area intended for the construction of a center for health tourism based on medicinal mud. Since the positive effect of the medicinal mud from the beach at Meline was confirmed, many tourists choose Soline, Klimno and Čižići for their holidays, precisely because of the proximity of the beach, whose medicinal mud generally has a positive effect on health, especially on rheumatic and skin diseases. Soline Bay, home of pre-Romanesque salt pans, an oasis of peace, beauty and health, contributes to the county's development of health tourism on an area of ​​3 ha by building accommodation and other facilities.
After the acceptance of the Spatial Plan of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and the Spatial Development Plan of the Municipality of Dobrinj, the preparation of the necessary documentation for a hotel facility for the purpose of health tourism, with a capacity of up to 400 beds, 100-300 accommodation units with other accompanying facilities and programs, will be initiated.
