Project description:

The future residential complex is planned by the Detailed plan for the development of the area of ​​the residential settlement Trsat (SN 29/09) and the Detailed plan for the development of the area of ​​the University campus and KBC in Trsat (SN 29/05) entirely on undeveloped land on the northeastern edge of Trsat. It is an extremely attractive residential area of ​​the city of Rijeka, recognizable for its medieval core, family-style construction in the greenery, extremely high-quality views of the Rijeka Bay and islands, but also the modern complex of the Campus and Clinical Hospital Center under construction. Due to the aforementioned characteristics, a new residential construction of predominantly multi-family typology is planned to be developed in this area, while several attractive multi-residential buildings have already been built along University Avenue, to which the residential neighborhood that is the subject of this project should be added.
The project includes the construction of:

  • 9 multi-apartment and multi-family buildings with floors P+2 to P+4, max. brp 13.600 m² of living space (above ground)
  • public areas - roads and public parks (obligation of the City)

Realization model: 

It is offered to conclude a pre/contract for the sale of land. Property-legal preparation and construction of roads with infrastructure is the responsibility of the City of Rijeka. The City of Rijeka announces a public tender for the sale of land for the construction of residential buildings.
