Project description:
By repurposing and reconstructing former military buildings and building new facilities, it will represent the first natural healing center (Traditional Chinese Medicine Center) in the mountainous regions of Croatia and, along with the existing natural heritage, will contribute to the tourism and rural development of Gorski Kotar. Skrad has an extremely favorable natural position because it is spread out on the slopes of Skradski vrh, surrounded by conifer and white pine forests and elevated above the canyon in which are the Zeleni vir and Vražji prolaz, natural rarities of exceptional qualities and beauty.
The project includes:
- reconstruction of existing facilities into two hotels with 80 beds
- construction of a wellness center
- construction of a tennis court
- construction of a multi-purpose hall
- improvement of infrastructure
- horticulture arrangement
