Project description:
The modern center with a complete offer of winter and summer facilities enables sustainable management of the natural potential of the Vrbovsko area, which aims to achieve an additional quality of life and enrich the tourist offer of Gorski Kotar. The project covers an area of 186 ha, and is located at an altitude of 1.300 m. In the first phase, the project involves the construction of two ski slopes with a length of 2.200 m, in the second phase, three more slopes of 800 m each. Vertical transport is handled by two four-seaters and two ski lifts. , and the construction of a snowmaking system with water retention and lighting for night skiing is planned. A hotel with 40 rooms and 80 beds and 10 bungalows, catering, service and other supporting facilities are planned to be built at the foot of the ski resort.
