Project description:
The planned tourist settlement in Sunger is a unique opportunity to present the Goran wooden house project. The goal of the project is economic and touristic development, realization of the wooden brand of Gorski Kotar, as well as preservation of the autochthonous ethnological and architectural heritage of the Mrkopal region. The construction of hospitality-tourist, recreational, cultural, educational and similar facilities is planned within the tourist settlement covering 1,3 ha. The construction of nine wooden houses with one accommodation unit - an apartment for 6 - 8 people is planned.
