Project description:
Construction of the Jezero Vode Tourist and Sports and Recreation Center for the purpose of developing the tourist and sports offer of the Goran area. The construction of the planned zones would create a polyvalent, multidisciplinary center with the possibility of a wide variety of activities on water and land, in a natural environment, on an area of 38,80 ha.
The project includes the construction of:
- artificial reservoirs (lakes) in the wetland area of Sušice, next to the village of Vode
- swimming areas with facilities for swimmers (in summer) and sports hunters and fishermen (all year round)
- camp in nature, as a separate tourist-hospitality zone with infrastructure and accompanying facilities (reception, restaurant, entertainment facilities, sanitary groups, etc.) according to the current regulations for that category of tourist-hospitality accommodation
- sports and recreation zones with open and closed buildings that can be used polyvalently
- open playgrounds and tennis courts and multipurpose halls for several sports (handball, basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, etc.)
