The sports and recreation zone Punta de bij will be built for the purpose of developing the tourist and sports offer in the Municipality of Punat. The construction of the planned zones would create a polyvalent, multidisciplinary zone with the possibility of various activities at sea and on land.
Within the scope of the Urban Plan of the area of ​​21,84 ha, the following uses have been determined:

• entertainment service center (R), area 0,87 ha
• sports facilities (R1), area 1,81 ha
• landscaped beach (R3), total 3,39 ha (land 2,05 ha and sea 1,34 ha)
• protective green areas (Z), area 0,24 ha
• area of ​​infrastructure buildings (IS), 0,02 ha
• traffic area (car and pedestrian streets), area 0,71 ha
• parking lot (P), area 0,42 ha
• the rest of the sea within the scope of the Urban Plan (sports and recreation, waterway), surface area 14,38 ha
