Project description:
The sports and recreation zone Lovački dom will be built for the purpose of developing the tourist and sports offer in the Municipality of Punat. The construction of the planned zones would create a polyvalent, multidisciplinary zone with the possibility of various activities.
Within the area covered by the Urban Plan, the following purposes are demarcated:
- sport and recreation – closed buildings (R1-z) with an area of 0,59 ha
- sports and recreation – open type buildings (R1-o) with a surface area of 0,93 ha
- catering facilities (R1-1) with an area of 0,22 ha
- viewpoint (R1-2) with an area of 0,12 ha
- protective green areas (Z) with an area of 0,16 ha
- the area of infrastructure buildings (IS) of 0,05 ha
- traffic area, 0,52 ha
- parking lot (P) with an area of 0,11 ha
