Project description:
Development of the City of Krk through an increase in the number of tourist and sports facilities that will have a developed business infrastructure and the creation of recognition of the City in terms of economic development and tourism performance. Innovations and the growth of entrepreneurship as an indirect effect of the expansion of tourist capacities, increased number of overnight stays and employment. Larger number of events, exhibitors and visitors within the congress center.
The project includes the construction of a hotel with accommodation facilities, a swimming pool and open spaces, as well as a wellness center, a business center with accompanying facilities, a congress hall, a restaurant, a cafe, a shopping center, business premises and an underground garage (191 parking spaces per floor), a sports center (main field , athletics track, auxiliary field, futsal, indoor futsal, bocce court, bocce club, club rooms, changing rooms, VIP zone and stands).
