The goal of the project is to increase the capacity for holding sports, cultural and similar events and to secure new business premises for related activities.
The proposed conceptual solution for the construction of a multipurpose hall combines the functions of business premises and sports facilities. The building consists of four floors. In the basement there are parking spaces and a playground with a wardrobe area. On the ground floor is the main entrance to the sports area with stands and accompanying rooms for spectators. In the rest of the floor plan, there are business premises. On the first floor, in the sports area, there are rooms intended for VIP guests and the media, with two rows of stands. The rest of the floor plan is intended for business premises. On the second floor there are parking spaces and vertical communications to the other floors. A shopping center can also be built within the hall.
