Project description:
With this project, the Crikvenica riviera will receive a new entertainment tourist content in the capacity of an interpretation center for visitors that brings a series of innovative, interactive and multimedia content, unique in Croatia. The significance of the project is reflected in the expansion and improvement of the quality of the tourist offer, primarily aimed at families with children for whom the interpretation center will be the main or a strong additional motive for coming to the Crikvenica Riviera. The estimated level of visitors on an annual level is up to 36.000 children and young people, and 35.000 adults, which would mean revenue from the collection of tickets and content offered by the project in the amount of HRK 2.100.000 and ensure the coverage of costs and the sustainability of the project. If the project is realized in such a way that a private investor participates in it, the investment return is ensured, and the interest of the City of Crikvenica would be realized by increasing the competitiveness of the destination, increasing income and preserving tradition, which would be regulated by a mutual agreement on project financing and project management.
The project includes the construction of:
- park infrastructure (utility infrastructure, info point, paths, bridges, fences...)
- equipping the park (stage, sculptures, seats, lamps, swings...)
