Enrichment of the overall tourist offer of the Kvarner destination, where the primary users of the Grobnik Racecourse, lovers of motorsports, connect driving at the racecourse with vacations in the immediate vicinity. The construction of the facilities will increase the standard of the Automotodrom itself, which will enable the testing of the automotive industry, the holding of seminars, safe driving schools, and the organization of the world's largest competitions.

The project includes the construction of:

• runway (trip zones, triple bumpers, fence, entrance to the PIT LINE)
• building 1 (main building with boxes and stands)
• building 2 (completion of the existing building) • plants and equipment
• promotion and marketing

The first phase of the main building with 10 stalls, and the second phase of the main building with 32 stalls.
